Itec Training Solutions has bought The Centre for Strategy and Communication, an Islington-based management training company to establish a launch-pad for expansion in the south-east. The acquisition of the blue-chip trainer in London is Itec’s first step towards building a national commercial arm to sit alongside its substantial government-funded activities.
